The service and room were quite good.

They couldn't accept my credit card for the payment, even when they had told me by email that everything was ok, and I had to pay with cash.

The location was perfect for our family! We easily visited Akihabara Electric Town, which the kids loved for all the games and toys.

My kids wished there was a play area within the hotel for some downtime between outings.
